Which brewing method suits you?
Slow coffee, filter coffee, pour-over coffee, or as Max calls it: slowdown coffee. 'Slow' because the water is in contact with the coffee for a relatively long time compared to other brewing methods. This produces a very different coffee with often more caffeine and a much cleaner taste, as all the oils of the coffee are filtered out.

There are few things that make your morning easier make dthan the coffee maker aanzetand waiting for your cup of bitter coffee, while you wait for your well awake wake up. You have no further work to do on the brewing method of a standard coffee maker, but you can get much better coffee out of it than you thinkt. The right coffee beans are half the battle. With these, you counteract the bitterness. By finding the brewing method that works best for you, you can get a really a particularly good coffee. Even in the early morning!
Filter coffee
Filter coffee from the filter coffee machine is a smooth coffee with a full flavor. The water is in contact with the coffee longer than with the espresso brewing method, so more caffeine in the coffee remaint. You drink filter coffee easily away from the mug you once fished out from among your Christmas package (as long as it's just nice and big), on the road in the car or during a long meeting at work.
Chemex
The Chemex is a great way to filter coffee. The caffeine content is a bit lower than with a filter coffee machine, but dethey brewing method delivers a whole pure and pure taste. The sweet- and fruit tones emerge well and the body of your coffee is preserved.
Cafeteria
Just four minutes patiently waiting... And then come there at the cafetiére brewing method refined, predominant flavors in the coffee to the fore. Dear the long contact with the water coffee contains a lot of caffeine. The cafetiere is perfect for a somewhat stronger cupyour coffee if you have more trouble waking up.
Aeropress (Anne's favorite)
The Aeropress brewing method was devisedt to make a cup of really good coffee to brew, without all the bitters that you for example with the cafetiére at your tong remain. It is a method that uses air to push the coffee through the filter, which makes it very easily a sweet coffee with a full body brew. The classic zetmethode is vooral fine to without much hassle (scales etc.) coffee on the go make or on a rushed morning.
Kinto
With this brewing method, you pour the water directly onto the coarsely ground coffee, and the coffee starts flowing immediately. The kinto takes some patience, but then you have a nice smooth and clean coffee. With this comes the sweet- and fruit tones well forward.
