In some of our deluxe and executive rooms it is possible to stay with three people. Please check with us which hotel room you want to book, so we can confirm if this room is suitable for a third person. Keep in mind that there will be extra sleeping space in the form of a sofa bed and you will have to sacrifice space.. The cost for an extra bed is €37.00.

We do not allow pets in the hotel. In the Anne&Max restaurant and our first floor bar, you may bring dogs.

Between 08:00 and 22:00there is someone present at our reception. You can leave your luggage with us at these times and pick it up again, so you can enjoy another day in Utrecht without watching the clock.

Our hotel is located in a beautiful listed building. Unfortunately, our front door has three stone steps. During opening hours we can put down a rail, but without help the building is not accessible unless you can walk these three steps anyway. Within the building, we do have an elevator, making the ground floor (restaurant and bar), first and second floors (hotel rooms) accessible to wheelchair users. However, the third floor, where our most exclusive suites are located, can only be reached by stairs. We do our best to offer everyone a pleasant stay, so please feel free to contact us for further questions or assistance.

At Anne&Max Boutique Hotel, we offer three different room types to meet all your needs:

1. Standard Suite: Our Standard Suite offers a comfortable and stylish space with all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Perfect for a shorter overnight stay or a business visit.

2. Deluxe Suite: The Deluxe Suite is more spacious and offers extra comfort and luxury. Ideal for guests who stay a little longer or want a little more space to relax. 

3. Executive Suite: Our most exclusive option. The Executive Suite offers a luxurious experience with additional amenities and the finest views. Both suites have a small private rooftop terrace overlooking the iconic Domtoren. This suite is perfect for special occasions or an extra moment of indulgence. Please note that these suites are only accessible by stairs.

We fully understand that you want to explore the city early. You can always ask at the reception desk on the day of your arrival if your room is ready yet, but we do not deviate from our check in at 3 pm. However, we can offer you a storage place for luggage.

If there are no other bookings for your hotel room, it is possible to extend your stay a little longer until 12:30. For this we charge a fee of €25.00. Would you like to make use of this? Please let us know via utrechtdomstraat@annemax.nl.

Please let us know in advance what time you will arrive at Anne&Max Boutique Hotel. Our reception is open every day between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., but if you arrive later we can prepare the room key for you. We will send instructions by email.

Yes, you can always add breakfast to your booking. Send us a message before your stay or during check-in and we will be happy to arrange it for you. Even if you have not booked breakfast, you are always welcome in our restaurant for a delicious à la carte breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you!

In our booking system you can choose from a variety of packages if you have something special to celebrate, such as a birthday or anniversary.

We do not have our own parking spaces around the hotel. Wel we can offer our guests a special rate offer for a parking space in the parking garage near the hotel.
