Anne&Max is a hospitality concept that focuses on sustainable business practices and genuine hospitality. The “living rooms”—as Anne&Max refers to its “ restaurants ”—serve as daytime dining venues. Guests are welcomed from their first cup of coffee in the morning through to a closing drink in the afternoon.
Search Criteria for Hospitality Venues
- Located on the outskirts of downtown or in a neighborhood. In an area where people work, live, shop, and study.
- A city with 100,000 residents or a large service area.
- Area of 130 m² / 250 m²+
- Corner lot or wide frontage with a patio and/or garden facing the sun
- A historic, industrial, or distinctive location—but a new development is certainly also an option
- With a high standard of workmanship

Anne&Max aims to develop the location to the highest standards and create a space that adds value to the neighborhood and the street.
Anne&Max examines the history of each location and then designs a business in which the building itself plays a prominent role. The company actively seeks to engage with the municipality, the street committee, and the neighbors to build as much support as possible for its plans.
Target Audience
Anne&Max is for anyone who, at any point during the day, needs a moment of relaxation and carefree enjoyment. Anne&Max’s guests are independent-minded and ambitious, lead active lifestyles, and value their freedom highly. They prioritize healthy eating and make a conscious effort to take time to relax whenever possible. When choosing products and services, appearance and experience are more important to them than price.
