Every weekday, you’re welcome to stop by for specialty coffee, an iced matcha, a fresh breakfast, lunch, or a tasty snack. For students, staff, and anyone who happens to be in the neighborhood. Everything is ready for you in our grab-and-go display case: the same care, organic ingredients, and great taste you know from Anne&Max—but quick and easy to take with you.
Our first Anne & Max To Go, right in the middle of the street
You’ll find our very first Anne&Max To Go in the main building of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, right in the midst of the campus’s daily hustle and bustle and just a few minutes’ walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station. It’s a place where thousands of students and staff study, work, meet up, rush around, and—every now and then—really need a cup of coffee. Our bright green counter is designed for exactly that rhythm: order, grab it to go, and be on your way—whether to class, the library, your workspace, or just out to enjoy the fresh air.
Are you in no rush right now? Then you’ll find even more Anne&Max living rooms scattered throughout Amsterdam where you can linger a little longer. Anne&Max To Go is a counter-service location with no seating of its own, designed for anyone who wants to grab something quickly to go. You can, however, find seating in the VU Amsterdam building. For a full lunch, the other Anne&Max “living rooms” in Amsterdam are the place to go.
