Anne&Max is located on Stationsplein in Delft, right next to the train station. It’s a place where the day starts early with the aroma of fresh-baked croissants, where students open their laptops and locals meet up for a hearty breakfast or a long lunch. Daylight streams in through the seven-meter-high windows, making the living room feel spacious, bright, and relaxed. You find a cozy spot by the window, settle into an armchair, or pull up a chair at the large table.
On the menu, you’ll find everything you need for a great start to the day and a delicious break. From Max’s Breakfast and salads to a lavish high tea. Max serves cappuccino made with direct-trade espresso or organic filter coffee from Ethiopia. Prefer decaf or iced coffee? That’s always an option, of course. And our youngest guests are welcome, too—they can enjoy the play area and their own kids’ menu.
The perfect stopover
Most people stop by Anne&Max Delft on their way to work, to the university, for a day out in Delft, or on their way home. Yet they often end up staying longer than planned. From the terrace, you can see the train station. It literally takes less than a minute to step off the train and enjoy your first specialty coffee of the day—or to wrap up your workday with a late lunch or a tasty treat before heading home.
The historic city center is also surprisingly close by. It’s a ten-minute walk to the Markt, the canals, and the charming streets of Delft, while TU Delft is within biking distance. That makes this living room not only a great spot for travelers, but also for students, remote workers, and anyone who wants to take a breather between appointments. This is where your day begins, your journey ends, or you might just find yourself deciding to linger a little longer.

Yes. In Delft, street parking is free before noon and free all day on Sundays. If you're coming for breakfast, you can almost always park for free. There's also a parking garage near the station.
Anne&Max is located at Stationsplein 303, at the south exit of Delft Station. You get off the train and walk ten meters.
Yes. The building is located on Stationsplein, within walking distance of the historic city center, including the Markt, the canals, and the Vermeer Center. After breakfast or coffee, you can walk right over there.
The TU Delft campus is just a few minutes by bike from Stationsplein. It’s a quick ride from the station.
