At the slow coffee bar at Anne&Max Leidschendam, you can watch as a cold drip slowly brews for up to twelve hours, resulting in a smooth, rich coffee. If you order a pour-over coffee, it’s brewed using the unique Automatica system—the only one of its kind in Europe. That’s how we bring out exactly the right flavors from every bean.

Cold drip is a method in which cold water drips drop by drop through coffee grounds, sometimes for as long as twelve hours. The result is a concentrated, smooth coffee without any bitterness. At Anne&Max Leidschendam, the cold drip setup is located behind the bar.
The " restaurant " uses the Automatica system for filter coffee, the only one of its kind in Europe. The machine brews filter coffee by adjusting the temperature and pour rate for each brew.
