Your living room on Hoofdstraat in Apeldoorn

Anne&Max Apeldoorn

Anne&Max is located on the corner of Hoofdstraat and Kapelstraat, right in the heart of Apeldoorn. You can sink into an armchair by the window, open your laptop at the long table, or choose a quiet corner in the back. The music plays softly, and your specialty coffee is already waiting for you. From the front patio, you can look out onto Hoofdstraat as the city passes by.

Whether you stop by early for a hearty breakfast, settle in around lunchtime for a generously topped focaccia or club sandwich, or linger all afternoon with a tasty treat: the menu is available all day long. There’s always a wide selection of Planet Friendly dishes, and we’ve even thought of the little ones with a play area and their own kids’ menu.

This is where your day begins—or ends peacefully

Anne&Max Apeldoorn is located on a street that has been a hub for meeting, shopping, and socializing for generations. It used to be simply called Dorpstraat, back when Apeldoorn was still a village in the Veluwe region. But the town grew—partly thanks to Paleis Het Loo—into the city it is today.

For years, our corner building has overlooked the lively intersection where Apeldoorn residents and visitors cross paths. Just a short walk away, you’ll find CODA, with its museum, library, and archive, and the Veluwe is just around the corner. After a morning spent wandering through an exhibition, a walk among the trees, or an afternoon of shopping, Anne&Max is the kind of place where you naturally find yourself settling in for high tea. On the terrace, you can soak up the afternoon sun, look out over Hoofdstraat, and just do absolutely nothing for a while.
