Mission&Vision
We are a living room for our guests, creating small moments of carefree happiness and security while taking good care of everything that makes that happiness possible.
Our vision is to grow into a leading (inter)national chain of living rooms to, driven by our values, positively connect as many people as possible within our target audience at any time of day, on- and offline; guests, local residents, employees and suppliers.
More than a smile
From the moment we opened our doors in Haarlem (this was back in 2005) Anne&Max has been a living room. (We already made cappuccinos when you still scooped the milk froth on it.) We do this (also since 2005) based on our values: open, honest, caring, committed and respectful. If something doesn't meet these ... we don't do it.
Therefore, we choose mostly organic, biodynamic, fairtrade, direct trade or just very good and honest products with a special story and we work directly and indirectly with people with a distance to the labor market.

Local, seasonal, gluten-free, vegan, NON-GMO, palm oil-free; yes! Because howwell everything is different from when we started (and some things the same again) and our first business is no longer comparable to our last opened establishment, our values have remained the same and are still relevant!
